of Prop. 117.

As the 2012 elected, 51st Arizona Legislature is seated and begins to draft legislation to implement some of the tenants of Prop. 117, let's remind them to protect our constitutional rights.
 
Remind our lawmakers to ensure any legislation is effective to provide taxation Due Process and adequately supports our police, fire districts, sewer districts, water districts and education districts while allowing these service districts to meet their 'Truth In Lending' requirements.
